I agree to allow my child to participate in the BSI Skills & Drills event and hereby indemnify Bermuda Smash Invitational or its partners against all claims made by any other person against Bermuda Smash Invitational in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the failure to comply with the safety instructions and /or directions BSI coaches or its management or staff.
